EXCHANGES / REGULAR RETURNS
If, on receiving your piece, you wish to exchange or return your order, please contact us within 10 days.
We will give you a Return Authorization Number- RA# . Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the shipping box. We will email or send you a UPS, or USPS, shipping label at the cost of:
Continental US: $10.00
US Territories: $15.00
International: $25.00
Please return your order to us in its original packaging
A full refund, minus the return shipping cost, will be issued to the customer upon us receiving the unwanted piece.
DAMAGED RETURNS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US
All our pieces are packed carefully to ensure there is no breakage. If your piece is received damaged, please contact us within 10 days for a Return Authorization Number - RA#.
Please repack and send the piece, and any broken pieces, in its original packaging, if possible, back to us.
We will email or send you a UPS or USPS return shipping label free of charge. You can then take the packaged piece to a UPS drop box/ USPS mailbox or UPS shipping center/ USPS Post Office.
Clearly write the provided RA# on the outside of the shipping box.
Once we have shipment confirmation we will send you your replacement piece, providing it is in stock. If not in stock, we will notify you of the "make and ship" timeline .

DAMAGED INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Depending on your shipping origin, we will make arrangements with you to return your damaged piece. Please contact us within 10 days. As with all damaged returns, we will do our best to get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
