ORDERING

We have a small stock of ready-made pieces which can be shipped immediately. If you order a piece that is not in stock, we need a minimum of 30 days to make and ship your order, and will notify you promptly of this time frame.

You'll receive an email from Maidment Creative to confirm your order. (9.60% sales tax will be added only to orders placed in WA state).

CHANGES TO AN ORDER

Contact us as soon as possible so that we can make changes to your order without added cost. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make changes.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders within the Continental US.

For orders to AK, HI, and Puerto Rico there is a charge of $5.00 (Standard Shipping).

For International orders will be a charge $15.00 (Standard Shipping).

Express Shipping is available at an additional cost. We will do our best to accommodate time sensitive orders. Please contact us for details.
